This design research appears at the difficulties concerning planning and developing courses for the online and on-ground learning environments as a way to ensure that learning final results are met with the design process. The matter of equality in learning is at the center of this design process. The process was applied to the concurrent design and development of an on the web and on ground course at various universities in India. Some years before, a team faculty call was tasked with executing a review of the six core courses within an MBA programs.
The online MBA course examined each of the required readings, course materials, tasks, and assessments to determine if the event could be used when it was suitable for online learning environment or if it needed to be modified. It had been determined that the suggestions for the online threaded discussions could be used as the prompts for the reflective journal tasks in the online MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTATION courses.
This meant that students were having equivalent assignments and would be able to apply the actual had learned in their readings. The lacking learning aspect input and feedback in the MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTATION courses was resolved.
