I had been at a picnic a week ago and heard a family member nag at one of her boys “Stay away from the soft drinks, it will rot your teeth! ” This while she was drinking a huge glass of diet Coke. Change body composition

She didn’t seem to be aware of how silly that sounded with a hay stuck in the nook of her mouth and sipping away!

It is a fact that more mature women are most at risk for from health problems stemming from consuming Cola and other bad soft drinks! 

It seems about every few a few months or so there exists a new warning about the hazards of drinking too much soda. I know almost all of you think you noticed it all before, but recently there has recently been many warnings for ladies about their soft drink craving or habit.

You see women have reached a much greater risk of weak bones or bone thinning as they get older. Many of us don’t know that drinking cola and soft drinks increases the risk up to fifty percent and causes the disease to advance even faster! It’s like throwing a cup of gas on a fire to place it out!

The phosphoric acidity that makes the fizzy drinks get their uptempo fizz actually is what eats away at bone and making the bone fragments more porous and sensitive.

This news is terrifying but has been known for a while and after this it seems that man of science have found that it weakens the muscle tissues as well!

According to the Journal of International scientific Practice, drinking a daily cola or maybe more causes the Potassium levels in the blood to fall, which would lead to a major health problem. It allows you to feel weak and dizzy and causes muscles to get soft and flabby. audio familiar? Look at any regular fast food sequence and notice the condition of the average customer who has to have a cola drink with every meal!

The research workers are not quite sure how a soft drinks are triggering a potassium deficiency-but they can theorize that the kidneys get bombarded with sugar and caffeine which causes those to separate out out too much potassium from cells. This is a double dangerous benefit for older women who have high risk of falling and getting a hip fracture than men!

The real message here is we need more calcium and other bone and muscle-building nutrients that are lacking in these processed foods diets.

I see that drinking bottled normal water is the best alternative for these cola beverages and should be significantly adopted into your daily intake at every food. Not surprising there I’m sure. You can drink oriental tea or iced tea with a touch of milk in it too. I know this might sound different but if you test it you just might be surprised how good it tastes.
